The Washington State Department of Health has a new natural antihistaminic that has some users reporting that it’s working.
Health officials have been searching for a natural anti-histamine for more than a year and are working to find one that can work on all people, not just those with allergies to the plant, but also those with asthma and hay fever.
The state has approved the use of a brand-name antihistamine for those with hay fever, but not those with a cold.
The state Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Conservation is developing a new, more potent form of the natural antiinflammatory called H20.
The new drug is expected to be available for sale this spring.
The agency has tested the drug and found that it has reduced symptoms of the flu by nearly 50 percent, according to a news release from the agency.
The new drug was approved in March, with the agency saying it is currently under review for approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
